triple deluxe room I booked but got a untidy smelling room with very dirty toilet seat. amenities assuredlike bathtub room heater hair dryer everything not available. pillows were stinking. no hot water in the night. disgusting

Hotel is located at Thamel. Location & connectivity is good. Room is net & clean. Food quality is awesome.. recommended for family & Business traveller. Every time I visit Kathmandu I use to stay @ same hotel

The staff was good and helpful. The buffet breakfast was tasty. However, the tv display in my room was broken and cable or tv did not work at all for me in last 4 days. Moreover, the hotel lacks lift considering my room on 4th floor. The lunch and dinner option are also limited in case chef is not available on a day.
