Rooms are too small, beds are also small to sleep with a small kid in superior double room, not having a single wardrobe. No proper response for any issue.

room had a good view but they were very small...
breakfast was strictly average and UNimpressive ...
cleanliness was good
staff was efficient but a little inhospitable..( just like the rest of singapore )
the shop below the hotel "cheers" selling daily items and food was very expensive with rude staff... 7/11 is about 10 mins walk.
lavender station is like 200 MTRS away .. so that's a plus.
walking distance from bugis and little india.. that's an advantage

Nice Location, Located next to bus stop and walking distance from Lavendar MRT(which is also aplace for buses departing to KualaLumpur) Good amenities and interior. Small rooms. There is a good Indian restaurant just near the hotel and 24*7 store as well.

The hotel is in the prime location very close to Little India. The hotel is well maintained overall and the amenties are great. On the cons side, the rooms are in-general small, not even having place to keep luggages. Room Service is sub-par. Overall I would recommend this hotel for all, especially for Indians - you have India-compliant power socket(no need to buy adapter) and access to Indian food in a stone's throw distance.

the hotel staff is not friendly. the ice machine was broken and they refused to send ice to the room. another guest got into a fight with me, at the reception, in front of the staff, and there was no help. the breakfast spread is tiny and they definitely serve stale food day after day. completely avoidable to stay here, because there are many other options of better hotels nearby in the same budget.
