Property is run down and needs lot of upgradation in the rooms
Scratches everywhere in the furniture
No proper toiletries too
Lighting is very poor in the rooms
You do not get proper lights
Facility wise not upto the mark of the Citadines name
During breakfast when asked for fried eggs , was denied which I have always got in almost all the hotels in all cities of the world
Only plus point is the location which is excellent
The entry to the apart hotel is very bad
Surrounding buildings too not good at all
