very cheap when compared to similar hotels in Melbourne cbd...nearby tram stop and easy accessible to all main attractions in city center..no lift though..shared bathrooms are very clean..

Nice hotel. Comfortable stay with good room with every desired facility. In the centre of city. Roof top garden and kitchen was a special highlight. Though the bathrooms were shared, but they were neat and clean. Staff was very helpful.
