Staff behavior, amenities and services were nice. Location was nice. There was dining facility. There was hotpot, teabag and towel as complimentary services.

excellent hotel. very near to major attractions of KL. Nearby walkable mall of Sri Hartamas has everything from super market to shopping to food and fruits excellent hotel,big with kitchen and dining

Staff service was wonderful with decent room & amenities were working well. Food & drink were good & impressive. Cleanliness was maintained within the hotel. Lovely environment around the hotel.

Hotel was good but it is situated far from the city, approx 12 km away. But they do provide complimentary shuttle services. Overall the room was small but service was fine.

Positive- Awesome experience , very neat and clean , easy checkin , good humble welcome , steam bath option is there, super breakfast , connected to Hartamas shopping mall which help to access any basic needs. Nice view from balcony which includes king palace and twin tower. Negative- 20 Mt’s far (by cab)from KLCC or any other attraction excluding Batu cave . 20-23 RINGIT every time , whenever u go by taxi. 1 hr away from airport .30 Mts from Genting bus stand . Check ur flight timing accordingly .Grap app is a must to book a cab from this place as it is outside the city area.
