this place is the worst in terms of the behaviour of receptionists and the room service. not recommended at all. they take a security deposit of rm500 per room for your stay, and then find different evil ways to deduct amount from your security deposit while checkout due to marks or stains. i went with my family, my mother used a towel for cleaning vermilion and kajal to some extent and for this silly reason they deducted rm50. lol. a towel cannot be used to clean up, it should be kept white as ...more

Best location, awesome rooms. Spacious and luxurious, infinity pool is on 51 floor. Superb view of twin tower, med rika tower and KL tower. Everything is just great except their strict rules. They take deposit 500 MYR. And deduct amount if something goes wrong. Like strain on floor or bedsheet, or any broken items. Also they don't include breakfast in room charge, they charge extra for child like an adult. Read the hotel policy before booking.
Infinite pool view, spacious room, best location, view from the room. Luxury stay. Awesome room service.

Location ,room is awesome but the hidden terms is risky ,they charge 500 ringgit compulsory as depost and will return if the room is safe not damaged anything ,they don't have any number where you can contact just the address

It was a good stay as view is good from pool but need to keep few things in mind:
1. They will ask you to make a security deposit of 500 ringgit so later during checkout they can raise little little things to deduct money.
like they have deducted mine 150 ringgit for light coffee stain on the bedsheet.
2. Housekeeping staff are unable to help as they don't understand English or even you can use and translator was not helpful.
3. No Reception no. to get help and only one thing whatsapp to msg can use to get help but less response.

The room are more specious and modern furniture, clean and comfy too, infinity pool is awesome view . Really nice stay, if u stay in kuala lumpur best hotel to stay.
