We booked a standard room and when we arrived we came to know that the AC in the room is not working. After complaining about the same, we were shifted to a premium room without any extra charges. The room was amazing with a proper feel of cave hotel room. The breakfast is free with any room you book. The staff and the owner is very polite and sweet. The terrace gives an amazing view of hot air balloon. Overall great experience .
