Junior suite room are not the ones which had been alloted to me for my stay at Cappadocia from 19th May to 22May at Doors of Cappadocia. So we had to spend our holidays for the room which I do not wanted. The reason for which I paid extra for the cave suites room Junior Suit did not meet.
Upon speaking to the Hotel reception I came to know that a special note needs to be mentioned for cave suites which was not highlighted as there are multiple types of rooms for this category. Since all the rooms were occupied I was left with no choice at the end.
