i had book delux room but during check in hotel provided me complimentary room upgrade. no elevator hotel, but staff was very co-operative. location is Fantastic, in front of west lake, indian restaurant, groceries shop at just walking distance. it's looks like Chinese themes based hotel, so breakfast also same but they have bread, butter, jam, and fruits.
