central and easy to reach location, close to main attractions of barcelona, good room size, good amenities and regularly refreshed. good, warm, welcoming and helpful
staff, very nice ambiance ( particularly lobby and breakfast area. very good breakfast

It's a good hotel and very well located but the room gets pretty hot as the air conditioner is on a heater mode in the winter season
Also the hotel does not keep and coffe or tea facilities on the room which they should
Also the elavators are a bit slow
