Good hotel, location, service and amenities however was cheated by concierge. Reserved drop to Caticlan (3x price of public transfer) At ferryport, was informed that speed boat cannot take us due to low tide and we were taken by public transfer boats (P.S. Many speedboats were working from Southwest tours etc). When asked for refund, was told to be given at Caticlan airport. when asked at caticlan airport, the guy told manager is not picking up phone and its been 4 days while we return, emailed them but no reply. Pathetic !! Felt cheated !!
