the hotel is located on the main kuta street so very close to all the happening bars. good for people who want to stay close to the buzzing areas. room is small but comfortable. the air conditioner in the room wasn't working properly and had to call the technician at 11 pm to resolve the issue. found the lighting in the room quite dark. near the buzzing areas and clean rooms

can't say hotel staff was very helpfull... rooms are way too small...means too too small...and u can also visit the smallest bathroom in the world...pools are not so good...it's not at all a premium hotel though they charge as premium hotel...also hotel is located in very congested lane...it might take hours to reach hotel ... kindly avoid booking this hotel...

Overall the stay was good. A secure place to stay. There is no problem with the services. The staff was cooperative. Breakfast was fine. Also, the location and ambiance were good.

It was located in a good area. The cooperation of the staff was good. Services that they provided was fine. Also, it was a secured place to stay. Breakfast was delicious.
