The only good thing about this hotel was it's location. After this, it's all downhill. No elevators, very narrow stairs, no assistance in moving our luggage through those narrow steps. There was a very unfriendly attitude at the reception at the time of check in. The night time receptionist was better. There were no amenities available. No toilet kit was available, not even soap for hand wash. They did not offer us drinking water on arrival. We asked for soap to wash hands and welcome drinking w ...more

Excellent location. Very close to train terminal. The hotel is safe for couples and family.
Breakfast is Ok. The room was clean but bathroom was tiny.
Overall an average hotel.

Hotel is ok good think is that this is in central Venice, it is nice
