What a wonderful place to stay. We stayed a few days, then came back after going to Halong Bay and then again after Sapa. The hotel is very clean and has everything you need. The staff, especially Wendy and Alisa went out of their way to be helpful. It is very reasonable too. I would highly recommend staying here when in Hanoi.

goes alright. no complaints. mens toilets bit smelly, probably blame the blokes for that. Beds were big, matress comforty for backpacka place. cool decor.

+hotel was clean and service was good +beds were comfortable +nice staff but very little English +located close to Westlake (10min walk) +Yellow Dragon stadium within 5 min walk +free internet (no wifi) +good breakfast

When I first arrived in Hanoi to teach, I was recommended by a friend that I should stay at this hostel while I searched for a more permanent living situation. There, I stayed for a few weeks. Later, I was in between apartments and stayed at the hostel for a longer duration. I felt so welcomed and comfortable at The hostel that I called it home for a little while and returned. The staff eventually felt like family to me. Any questions or advice about Hanoi, and adjusting to the environment were always thoroughly answered.

The staff was very helpful with scheduling my trip to Halong Bay.The hostel also offers a free walking tour which is a perfect way to see the city and walk the streets like a local would. The tour leader did a great job despite rain for the entire three hours. The weather did not matter, we still had a fun and crazy time in Hanoi.

We couldnt recommend this place enough. We booked for one night. The location is ideal. Walking distance to everything you want. My friend and I wandered the streets and always managed to find our way home. Do yourself a favour and go to the Banh My P place next door. It was heaven in your mouth.

Travelling with my girlfriend and she booked this place, straight away people were polite rooms were very tidy and clean and the man at reception was very helpful, great place would definitely recommend.

Excellent team! Very caring, helpful and funny! From the friendly chauffeur that picked me up at the airport, the lovely reception staff who organised my tours, the guys who assisted with my bags, the motorbike ride to and from the hostel...
