Hotel location and ambiance was very good but at the time of check in they refused to give me room and told that they are shifting me to holiday inn. i have to fought with them as i have done advance booking before a month and done the full payment so i refused to move. then they provide me the room and next day they have sent me an apology letter along with chocolate. so in starting there was some issues. One more thing no indian food is available so i have to eat food from nearby indian hotels.
