Service quality has come down. Not the same as before. If I ask Housekeeping for a water bottle, he says that it was already provided in the morning. I had to put sense into him that I will pay for it and do not want anything free. And I thought this was hospitality business. Many of the toileteries given earlier have been cut down. These small things matter a lot to the traveller and decides if he wants to stay here or not, so the hotel management needs to decide if their cost cutting strategy is really beneficial or back-firing on them.

clean room with full furniture.
rooms and bathrooms looks like new
hotel is in main market for shopping. and food for Indian restaurant.

Very good location, feel like India only. Not that much good and not that much bad. Service is OK ok but not bad. Staff very humble. It's in city centre so all is well.
