All the previous reviews are correct about this hotel.
Pros - It is near Metro, RER and bus station. clean rooms. friendly staff. In budget hotel.
Cons- very small room, and bathroom. very small lift, no breakfast included.
Overall a good budget hotel.

Location of Hotel is very good near main metro terminal of the city and located in center of the city. No restaurants in the hotel, they provide morning breakfast, and it is average quality. No tea / coffee maker in the room. Over all good for average budget

The best part of the hotel is its location opposite to Train station Gare de Eest. Other than that nothing much appealing. The rooms are very small, the check-in time of 2 pm in the afternoon is a pain. The hotel lift is a just good enough for a single person to stand, horrible...
The amenities is room does not include tea/coffee maker in room, the curtain in the room was missing. If you are getting this hotel for a damn cheap price then only go for this, or else try Ibis etc...

pleasing hotel close to the Gare Du Nord. We stayed on the top floor in the attic room. The room was tiny but pleasing, and I saw the smallest working lift ever in this hotel. The lift has a capacity of carrying 2 average adults only, if you leave your luggage. Location is fairly accessible through public transport and is surrounded by some restaurants and cafe. You will enjoy your short stay here, probably being mesmerized at the clever utilization of space.

Fantastic location!! Right near the metro with all options to where we needed to go even when we needed a train to leave the city the station is within 50 meters. The room was small for a family but we may have had a smaller room. Breakfast we didn't try. Friendly and very helpful service as well as spoke English clearly. Cleanly and maintained room service everyday if needed. Thank you so much for a great experience for our first time to Paris! We will return:)
