Excellent stay. In the heart of San Francisco. Very close to Union Square... Hotel staff is too good. Will go out of the way to help you... Will definately book again...

Helpful staff but rooms are too cramped and lacks basic amenities, like AC and most importantly ventilation fan. Have to keep windows half open for ventilation.
Location couldn't be better.
Look for carltram for transfer from airport to union square, will save some money.
