This is a beautiful natural resort BUT BUT there fan bungalow room is horrible. Bed was broken and making the noise. They give just one table fan in whole room. Too many mosquitos, insects. Very small room. No facilities at all. But if you opt a good room its a recommended resort. It has a very beautiful swimming pool and surroundings. Location is far from beach but they run shuttle every hour so location should not be issue.

only problem is with no intercom otherwise the resort is good and enjoyed the stay .All employees are good and professional with smiling face .Van service to ao-nang krabi beach is good and on hourly basis till 9 pm .will recommend to Indian people to enjoy the krabi trip staying here.

one of the BEST resort in krabi, its a huge property, we booked 4bed room which was very spacious with 2 toilets and balcony ...very clean. and breakfast options were very nice.

very bad experience. no service at all. No AC in the room. we had to spend an extra 200 Thb per night per room to upgrade. No security at the hotel

Resort is good but the staff is very rude. They behave very indifferently specially with Indians. They served expired breezer and then argued with us to pay for it. However they waived off after complaining to the reception. But disappointing part was that an expired product is being sold in a good 4 star resort like this.
They don't offer room service so you have to travel all the way to restaurant to get anything.
Breakfast menu doesn't have any indian options. Our saviour was nearby Indian restaurant. All in all a ok type stay here.
