I paid 700RMB TO HOTEL WHEN I WERE CHECK IN HOTEL. AND THAT TIME RECEPTION PERSON TOLD ME WHEN YOU WILL DO CHECKOUT WE WILL RETURN TO 320RMB Which is deposite. After checkout time I askd her for deposit that time she said you will receive your refund payment in 24 hour. But not received. After that i call her and ask she replied you will receive in 2 days. After 3 days not got. After i called and she said bank holiday you have to wait some more days. After 10 days i called her and she said we ha ...more

one can also find things to eat in breakfast in china.. good soacious rooms,free shuttle to canton. done

Rooms were Spacious without balcony. as i am a pure veg, i did not enjoy breakfast as it did not have any veg. options but had many spreads in noon veg.
the crew was very polite & ready to help anytime. but as a 5 Star rated hotel, it should basic amenities where they lack.. also it's location is very odd. far from the main City & about 2km from nearest metro.
