great staff. good rooms. check in experience was wonderful. thanks to Rosie. will definitely recommend and would love to stay again
very close to beer street and night market this is the prime location

staff is really good and you don't need worried about your belongings the staff never touch your belongings you can safely travel
they have arranged a cake free for my wife b'day with free of cost
confusion about itinerary ? don't worry they will really help you with reasonable fares
got a luxury car to airport with the same prices of grab
you will get rental bike to explore the Hanoi with 6$ per day

The hotel was neat and tidy and located centrally.Having said that, can the breakfast menu is quite limited can be improved.
