It is a good hotel and the location is also great considering there are two tram station just 4 mins walk from the hotel and a super market at its backside..
The room size for a standard room were ok as all across Europe the sizes of the room are pretty small.
However they did not provide complimentary water in the room, other than that the stay was pleasant and the breakfast was also good.

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay in the Executive Room. No complaints wrt room, amenities, staff etc.
Very close to the Tram station and entire city is easily accessible from the hotel. Tesco is conveniently located at a 1 minute walkable distance.
Would highly recommend the hotel.
Though breakfast options could be further improved, it was purely continental with same menu everyday!

Its a perfect hotel to stay since its near by the tram station. The hotel staff was very kind and the rooms were very clean. All in all a good deal and value for money.

As I was checking out to catch a train at 6 and their breakfast starts at 6.30 I requested to get something packed. The guy at the reception rudely said you can't have it. It seems these guys never heard of customer centric service. I could have saved some 25 euros by choosing a room only option.
