Excellent hotel and staff were very nice.But they dont understand english, as it is common in vietnam, in most places.Staff were extremely courteous and make you feel nice.Ms Tuyen [ called Ana] was extremely nice and very useful in arranging all my local trips, speaks english very well, also, gave me free upgrade to a better and a bigger room.Room was fantastic and the food was given as per my choice- as I am ovo vegetarian.
