I booked room for me paying at app. When I checked in I again paid same amount as security. When I checked out nothing was refunded to me informing me that balance amount will be refunded within 2-4 working days. Bur nothing is received even after 15 days.

while booking we were not told that they will take deposit of $100 thru our forex travel card. they said it will be refunded on checkout. We checked out but it is still not credited back.

Not a Hyatt experience. Though the room was spacious the ameneties were not.. towels had marks on it.. bedcovers were torn.. very limited breakfast spread. Dont even get a bottle of water. Only advantages is its closer to union station
