room sizes are small but a good place to stay for a day or two. lip smacking food. do try the curry rice from ivy cafe. it's a regional cousine. quiet near from galle face.

Very good experience. Hotel situated on main road. Very close proximity to shopping centres and restaurants. Very friendly and co-operative staff.

I frequently trVel to colombo and stay in different hotels and know that the hotel standards are pretty good however staying at Ivy Lane was a very bad experience. AC didn't work for 3 days. After 2 days they put fan. No room service for 3 days, only 1 waterbottle for 3 days. Breakfast invludes cornflakes, white bread, some butter and some fruits which is not good at all. i am disappointed as it's not at all worth ...per night.
