Very bad experience reception manager earn extra commission money book cab for a airport because taxi charges was very low outside hotel

Hotel refused to provide complimentary drinking water , informed as chargeable
Coffe/ tea amenities refused
For free Breakfast even omlette is chargeble as informed
Reception people are not professional, not able to understand even booking
