ac not working...light is not working in balcony...they say tv is not working. .mineral water is not available....restaurant is not working...even toilet not good

the room condition is average but the hot water facilities at the bathroom is not available actually we booked 2 rooms one room is average but the another room is very poor condition A.C is not available bathroom facilities is not good and the hot water facilities also not available

I would have given 0 star if I had option, this one star is just for a guy on front desk otherwise manager he took extra money on check in when we were completely tired and had no option . He has big no for everything asked ,we asked for umbrella it was there in lobby but he said NO ,we asked for utensils for dinner he said NO , we asked for restaurant services even tea he said NO he has no experience of running a hotel, TV wasn't recharged there was NO tv for 5 days , even towels were torn, nex ...more

Good for location and money. Near to thamel main shopping area. Staff are also helpful. They gave us a big apartment to stay

this place is so bad ,so bad service ,so dirty , no hot water for shower ,room conditions so bad ,there everything is bad ,i suggest please don't book this hotel

Mr. Ishwar is a very helpful person and is going to extend every help possible in his reach to make your stay worthwhile. We need the support of hotel staff to take care of contingencies in this world and he is just the kind as I stated above.

dirty bathroom .water coming out of bathroom after taking bath bcs drainage was clogged. linen was looking as if it is not clean from last 1 week full of stain. no phone in the room and u won't be able to give any oder for food and water...bad service.

Very bad experience worst hotel in nepal thamelNever stay in this hotel. , room are too poor nd dirty nd there is no proper supply of water in toilet nd not hot water , In hotel rooms are too different form pics shown
