It was a bad experience. We had two rooms booked of same category but the moment they found that we were three people they gave one of the rooms which was the smallest and the worst possible.The smart lock of the main door wasn't working and then the main door lock broke down which they repaired without batting an eye so it must have been a regular occurenceWashroom is the smallest possible you can imagine with door banging into the toilet seat every time you open it.Kettle was dirtyThere was ve ...more

the overall experience was really good. the location of the hotel is in the middle of the town and is connected to all the famous places which are nearby. breakfast spread is also huge and one can have different choices.
one negative point is that the bathrooms are a little small .

My stay at Kazakhstan Hotel was fantastic. The location is ideal, with access to a variety of restaurants and stores nearby. The rooms were decent but well-maintained, offering a beautiful view. Housekeeping staff were exceptional, ensuring the room was cleaned regularly and all essentials refilled. The Kok Tobe cable car is just a short walk away, adding to the convenience. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.
Overall, I loved the experience and would happily stay again and recommend it to others!

Our stay was comfortable. The room service was also good. The best part about the hotel is its location and access to multiple restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet was also huge and we were quite impressed with the spread. Overall, a great choice for those travelling to Almaty.

it was a wonderful štay with this hotel. great location very big and neat and clean proprty. atraction point Kok Tobě is very near from the hotel grocrey store is also very near from hotel. lots of items was available in breakfast. I will recommended to my friend for this hotel.
