they do not provide beach view rooms even though mine was a beach view room.
the ac didn’t work and they asked us to shift to another room at 2am with luggage.. upon asking to help with luggage, the staff refused.. they tried charging me for two rooms…

poor breakfast, poor room and rather non existent service at the facility. Better hotels in the vicinity.
