stay was ok, not bad.
a)house keeping do not know the difference between shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. they keep one item in 4 .
b) visitors are not allowed in the room. disadvantage.
c) brk fast was ok, not that bad
d) marine drive is near.
e) marino mall is opposite.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was not up to the mark. While the visit was okay, there were several issues that negatively impacted my stay.
Firstly, the in-room services were quite unsatisfactory. The air conditioning was not functioning properly. Despite setting it to 16 degrees, it took the entire night to reach the desired temperature. Additionally, the iron provided in the room leaked water onto clothes, making it difficult to use. While the location is beautiful and offers stunning views, the service was lacking and left me feeling undervalued as a guest.
Upon arrival, the staff seemed indifferent to our questions about the amenities.Overall, the staff didnβt seem to prioritise customer satisfaction, making our stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.
While the surroundings are lovely, the lack of attentiveness and care from the hotel staff overshadowed the positives.
The dining was excellent with an elaborate breakfast options which was the only highlight during our stay.

It was worst ever I have seen. They are not centrally Aircondition and they have split AC which leaked out on my head in midnight 2AM then it took them 1.5 hour to repair. It was really worst night when you book such kind of hotel. I woukd recommend them to improve there quality standards.

Very bad experience with this hotel Rooms are very small and bathroom was so dirty , Room service's were very slow AC is not working properly.you don't have much options in breakfast.

Located bang opp to the Marino mall and with lot of eateries within walking distance of the hotel, I would highly recommend this for tourists
