Nothing good here except location.
1. Rooms: Rooms are very small and no place to put your luggage inside the room in delux room. If you open your bag, no place for movement in room.
2. Check-in : Check-in time is 2PM and if you arrive hotel at 1:30PM, they will make you to wait till 2PM even if rooms are available but they will not allow before that. Their staff are very rude and also don’t understand english properly. No staff was available to carry our luggage , we had to do by own.

Excellent location with great services.
Pros: Location. Beachfront hotel at Nopparattara beach with deluxe sea facing rooms having excellent view of Andaman Sea. Walkable distance to ao nang beach, night market and other amenities.
Staff Behaviour: Hospitable staff. However don't understand english much. That could be a problem at times.
Cons: Breakfast spread not sufficient and mostly having western cuisines.
Room size for Deluxe Rooms are very small.
Kids enjoyed the pool. Staff was caring.

staying in this hotel is like stayin in small toilet, extremely small with bad smelly stinky toilets...their staff are even worst then toilets, no facility not even shower gel , on complaing they argue..if u stay here, u spoil ur holiday.Ants eveywhere in water, in food, staff wont take any action specially lady on counter who is like illetrate rude woman ...if we askd to tok to manager to change room,they argue...to ugrade room, they charge filthy money although their smelly rooms are not even ...more

Hotel was nice, staff was not sufficient and not up to the mark. Rooms were bit small but they were nice and clean. Location of the hotel was really good it was in front of the beach. Food was good in hotel indian food was available and there were plenty of options.
