I had a very bad experience as there was no room service at all. Staffs were not co-operative & helpful.

The hotel was very good and the location of the hotel was very nice.The location is good for the Business purposes.The food was also good there.The staff and services at the hotel were nice.

The frond desk is very well mannered and very good. They upgraded & change my room very appreciated. Highly recommended hotel in Kathmandu.

I won't recommend this hotel for anyone. I think in this budget you will get many good hotels in Kathmandu. I stayed here for two days, during my stay there was power cut, to my surprise there was no power back up and to charge my phone I have to request them. They don't have good restaurant. For complementary breakfast they only serve food salad with milk and tea or coffee. Location wise it is not ideal place.

during my visit renovation of rooms was on in 16 rooms and 16rooms were occupied, designed in old construction, may be after complete renovation things will improve
