Good location as it was in central London. Everything was good but there was a problem at the time of check-in because my booking was not reflected in their system and they took 30 to 40 minutes to resolved it. Food was good. Staff was co-operative.

It was comfortable. The services were very good. The amenities were very fascinating, Swimming pool, Sauna room was there. I would say everything was there. Had a pleasant stay.

Very good property but staff needs to be more courteous specially the front desk. Restaurant needs to have more food options and variety.
