Hotel owner asking for money but amount deducted from my credit card. also hotel refusing breakfast as hotel booked with discounted lower price.

this hotel not except goIbibo booking. now I am in Pokhara Nepal. front of this hotel. all most might night. now I have to find another hotel

It's very well located & it's very easy to get & I faced no issue in reaching there. The property is just fab. The room & the services here provided were great & all their staffs were very good too. The food I had here was just fab. Overall I had really good & comfortable stay here.

Good place and nearby to all restaurants. The restrooms are clean. It seems like a new place so I hope they maintain it well.

I was moved to different hotel by them. As they said there were no rooms available for the hotel that we booked.
The other hotel room was 2 seater, no AC, no toiletries..
We had very bad experience
Also the other hotel was 2 to 3 kms away.

Very good Hotel with cooperative staff. also helped us in guiding the Pokhara tourism sites. Both lake and hill view from room. loved the location of hotel. would definitely stay here during my next visit also.
