Staff behavior, amenities and services were excellent. Location was nice, located in main city. There was no dining facility. No complimentary services were provided.

The property and the amenities were good. However the staff was very rigid about their hotel policies. If they are in the service industry it should be flexible according to the guest's requirement. I asked for a charger as the charger port is different and they hesitated to give the charger. I also asked them to arrange fro a bike, and they did that as well but according to their terms and conditions. They should be flexible in this as the guest's requirement may vary.
