We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days in June 2025, and overall, it was a good experience at Novotel Singapore on Kitchener. The hotel is located in the heart of Little India, which is a big plus for Indian travelers ā food options are plentiful and easily available nearby.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable ā ideal for families. A special thanks to Sheryll and her colleague Fariz, who were incredibly helpful when we arrived early. They kindly arranged restroom access while we wai ...more

hotel was good , room space was good , only the thing is that they must allowed in possible case early check in as there check out time is 11 AM and check in time is 3 PM in such gap they dont given earlier check in some staff are good some are rude overall good experience hotel at little india near MRT

Gave us early 9 am check in even without asking as we had a young baby with us.. All good vegetarian options available in breakfast and located at center location of city with 5 min walking connectivity to mrt, great option for a family

My experience at the hotel was below average, but I would like to acknowledge that they did allow us early check-in, even though our room wasn't quite ready.
**Hotel:**
Please note that you need to climb some steps to reach the reception. There is one lift available for wheelchair accessibility, but it's quite inconvenient to operate each time.
**Room:**

Excellent location, Good size rooms, clean linen, comfortable furniture, good bath room size BUT very very poor shower with pathetic pressure and poor fittings , the hot and cold mixer is tight and terrible, burnt my hand as there was a gush of scalding hot water, bathing was a pain, the shower is an absolute downer for a premium brand called NOVOTEL.,
