Rooms: nice, cozy and clean Staffs: friendly and helpful. daily cleaning service.location: very close to KL sentral, so you can walk to the station.WiFi: good connectivity through, sometimes when you are out of the building and having food in restaurants nearby you can get hotel wifi there too.

The hotelier took an amount as security deposit which was already paid by me & that too was not returned to me as well so this was the only drawback according to me otherwise everything else here was good. The rooms & all their staff's services were great & they were very hospitable as well.

Location wise it's very easy to get & the room here was awesome too. The rooms & all their services were satisfactory. The only drawback was that there is not food facility over here. Apart from this everything else was great.

The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The locations is a big plus as its located very close to KL sentral. KL sentral is a hub to all means of transport. We get Indian food near the hotel. ABC Bristo cafe is located below the hotel for breakfast. Economical cafe. You have Dindgul Thalappakatti, Anjappar and Saravana Bhawan in walking distance from hotel. Overall a very good stay @Nu hotel. The hotel reception staff is also very helpful.

It was easily reachable. Restaurant was not available. There was a Wi-Fi problem. In terms of security it was good. Overall it was good stay.

Location was OK as it was in the central part and bit crowdy place. Staff were good. Quality of vegitarian food was not good. services were nice.
