Hotel room was clean and tidy but little cosy. Bathroom was big enough as compared to other Hong Kong hotels. The only thing I didn't like was that they took **- hkd before check-in as security deposit which was not mentioned or told earlier. while check-out they said the deposit amount will be refunded back in 14 days to the credit card. Otherwise everything was good and fine. For commuting Tsim Tsha Tsui mtr was at walkable distance which is a plus point. It's at good location, restaurants and bars are near by....

Staff is very rude, book through **** got higher floor room butbooked its lowest catogery room.
Not happy at all.
Not value for money.
