lovely place with a serene and rustic vibe. the whole island has an old world charm with a subtle modern touch. the hotel is spread out and has a large infinity pool, spa and tennis court. the rooms are big, but the open air toilet and shower may not be to some people's liking. the breakfast was pretty good. the beach area has lounge chairs and beanbags to enjoy the sunset. couple of beach cinemas nearby, and plenty of places with live music. young party goers also have some happening clubs in walking distance. overall a very pleasant experience.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were nice. Location was very good, opposite to beach. There was dining area. There was no complimentary services.

The stay at ombak sunset was a great experience. The hotel is perfectly located on the sunset side of the island. ( only problem is that u have to cycle to the other side for the sea activities and night life). the staff is friendly the rooms are spacious and nice. one suggestion to hotel is to keep spray or ointment in case of sprain in their first aid kit.

Too far from boat drop points, no 24hrs service ..no pickup drop cart ..we had to carry our luggage all the way ..main attraction is sunset swing which accessible to all general public irrespective of ur stay thr ..would suggest not to book specially if traveling with frnds or solo
