The hotel took more booking than they had the capacity and shifted us to another hotel of their chain, which in fact was bigger and well managed. However on arriving there, we were provided with a much smaller room on terrace for which we had to reach out to their Management and get it shifted.
On the positive side, their staff was very courteous and helpful and managed the issues very well and sorted things out at a good time and made our stay comfortable.
