Location of the Hotel was perfect to explore Venice. Very clean and neat.. Only issue is the size of room which is very tiny.

No house keeping staff
Don't provide water
Not any services
Just a house
And risky for my 3 year child

This hotel is located at the Heart of this beautiful city. You get down from the hotel and there are everything. We got a private room which had Sofa and bed was located upstairs. Room is relatively small but it's value for money.
