My stay was good and comfortable. The hospitality and services was good however there was no complimentary service. On arrival they provided us with a complimentary drink. The staffs were good & professional also the receptionist was nice. The hotel is located near to Airport.

Palm Beach resort is very near to airport and we reached their giving 80k IDR. The staff was very friendly, and also helped us plan the rest of the itenary , including booking ferry rides to Gili islands. They also have a pool and pool side restaurant, the breakfast served was good. I will recommend the hotel if someone wants to stay in City area, there were few hiccups here and there, but the staff tried to resolve it with best effort basis.

I like hotel and it was so clean... I like environment of hotel, staff was cooperative Only they have not breakfast facility in that price

it was good experience. They have non veg breakfast every morning and when we told them for veg they offered us veg breakfast for us.

The stay at the hotel was very good.The staff and services were also good at the hotel.The location of the hotel was good and easily accessible.The food and dinning services were available at the hotel.

A very good place to stay. Location wise the best place as it is hardly five minutes from the beach. Peaceful and lush green surrounding is an added advantage for peace lovers. Rooms are old but OK. Service is little off beat. Food is not Excellent but definitely good.
Over all a good place to spend valued time with family.
