Location was ok but it was a little bit difficult to reach. The staff was ok and very helpful. Services were all good. They had also provided free wifi and internet. Breakfast was fine.

Rooms were very clean and spacious, entire staff was helpful and always smiling, the infiniti pool was really great! Overall a great stay surrounded by lots of greenery in the hotel property. Unable to comment on food, as we did not eat here.

It was good stay, Placde was decent and worth the money we paid we were happy there is nothing to complain about, Staffwas good and location of the hotel was not so good and not so bad beacuse it was near from the ubud market road but it was bit incide so it has taken bit more time to go there, we booked villa and that was the best in the hotel it was pool facing, Rooms of the hotel was OK.

The serinity pool was beautiful, the rooms were very specious, beverage and food was really tasty and staff were friendsly and helpful espically at the pool area, over all it was an amazing experience, Will definitely come back again.

Hotel is 5 min walking to monkey forest on one side and Ubud palace on other side. Lot of restaurants and pubs nearby. Rooms are very spacious and includes bathtub . Got two swimming pools of which one is infinity pool

awsome hotel at this price.it has 2 swimming pools 5 feet deep.the staff is well trained and very friendly.would definitely come again .
