I recently stayed at Phi Phi Banyan Villa, opting for a room in the garden wing. While the resort boasts two wings, Bayan and garden, my experience fell short of expectations.
Upon arrival, I found the room to be adequately equipped with basic amenities. However, several issues detracted from the overall experience. My stay here was not as per my expectations. The WiFi didn’t work in my room and after complaining several times, the staff did not and could not rectify the same.
The bath towels were stained and the wash basin drainage was choked.
Even after complaining about the above many times, the staff did not take any necessary action and were lethargic.
Of their Wi-Fi wasn’t working, then the same needs to be informed to the guest prior to check in so we can do some different arrangements.

Best part about the hotel is it location, it is right next to Tonsai Pier and in close vicinity to market, Bars and beach ( anything and everything you need )
Staff is very courteous and cooperative. Overall a very comfortable stay and highly recommend

hotel is located at prime location just 10 min walk from the Pier, staff at the reception is not very welcoming also not rude, they are just OK ,hotel pool is a bit small plus dirty mostly because it's surrounded by many plants and treas nice.

We stayed there for 1 night in Garden view room. Hotel is very nice and near to the beach..Not that luxurious but had a very comfortable stay. The staff is very nice. If you want to stay near to the pier (200-300 mtr)and please go ahead and book this.
