A 4-star solely for the location. Right on thr grand canal with canal view rooms and balcony. You could just ignore everything else at this hotel and stay for the location. Most of the staff are elderly and not with a very pleasant behaviour. Breakfast is below average, no additional arrangements during the high tide. Had to stand on the 1st floor stairs to have breakfast both the days, due to high tide waters in the restaurant. The water usually goes down by noon, but no spare boots for the gue ...more
