I had stayed here for my business visit. The check-in was very prompt. The Staff though have a bit difficulty in understanding very fluent English. Try and get room on the west side as they have view of the Canton Tower. The Concierge Desk staff were very helpful. Rooms were Neat and Clean. It is a bit away from the shopping markets but is best for people looking for a quiet yet very good place to stay.

Excellent location; courtesy of staff and sincere service.
However the room I stayed was not maintained with proper vacuum cleaner due to which a lot of hidden dust was found accumulated all over the corners of carpet - this caused me allergy and sneezing whenever I was in the room.
Room furniture may be updated for superior rooms as the one used are old and not maintained with color / polish etc.

The hotel is located in a nice area. very convenient for new travellers - food shops and 7/11 close by. we also got cabs easily. however the cleaning staff could be more professional. when we asked a lady to change the dirty cups she made a face said "ufff" and reluctantly changed the cup. you will not have a problem as such with english and the night manager is a very nice person. food we did not have from the hotel as we had many options outside - for those who dont mind eating local food which infact is very good.
