The location of the hotel is amazing as it's right next to the water taxi stand.. and there is not need to carry luggage in small streets and over bridges of venice. Also they have elevators which is rare in venice.. The rooms need some facelift is the only one thing if I had to find a glitch

fantastic location and facilities, beautiful bathroom. although we had booked junior suite, the room was small with smaller windows, than expected
