The AC was not working in the room; every time I complained about it there were very casual about this matter and was least bothered. I am really too disappointed with the service of this hotel.

Hotel is just nice, 3 star property. Breakfast OK, location is central and you can get to tourist places easily. Only issue I found with tourist information. The day we checked in lady at the reception has no idea of any thing not even a single info for tourists.

Water was not provided. Reception people was very rude. They charged alot for a water bottle. Room was good but wifi was not working at all.

I have taken 3rooms and out of that one room is stinking like anything.. There is fishy smell and i informed the service person but nobody turned till now.
this hotel looks old and faded little bit. but its okey as it is very close to the sentral station.

Overall the stay was fine. It was located in a fine and convenient area. The staff was good and cooperative. The services were all good. Food that I had tried was tasty.
