    Room is spacious & hotel is at good location from business point of view.They dont provide room service so thats a problem .Food quality is just average but overall value for money. Good food and location is priority.They call their restaurant as Indian but they hardly serve any indian dishes

    Shalimar Hotel is right in city. Plus points; 1) Hotel is spacious and clean. 2) Reception and housekeeping people are helpful and friendly. 3) Indian food is available and quiet reasonable too. 4) Bar is also there in case you want to enjoy drinks 5) Manager is friendly and ever helpful. Disadv; 1) I wanted to add sports channels to room DTH, they were not able to. 2) rude behaviour of some waiters.     Building was old, it was not that much worth hotel, it was not value for the money, food was not that good, rooms of the hotel was good but not maintained well. Location of the hotel was good it was near to amrket places and close to turist places within the 5 km.

    It was good stay, Staff was OK, It was a buget hotel and value for the money, Location of the hotel was within the city and close to all turist attractions.

    Staff is very cooperative but there is no reception area. Restaurant refuses to add the bill withe room rent and insist on paying in cash, which is surprising. Restaurant is not open hence house fly menace. Overall I was not satisfied.
