I stayed in Shinagawa Prince (East Tower) for 5 nights and experience was average.
The room is clean but is similar to a rat hole.
Although I booked for just 1 pax but still the room was not as per expectation.
Everything is paid including the water.
Bathroom is also very small .
Location of hotel though is pretty good if you have your business in Shinagawa area.
